3D PRINTING SERVICES WE OFFER
At ZELTA3D, we utilities only the most advanced MJF, SLS, SLA, FDM 3D Printing technologies to cater to your various on demand manufacturing needs in Australia.
FOR FUNCTIONAL END PARTS | PROTOTYPES
Multi Jet Fusion
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is a 3D printing process innovated by HP. Parts are fabricated from Nylon powder at fine layers resolution, producing complex and tough parts. An improvised process from the traditional SLS process, MJF can produce Nylon parts with lower porosity, more watertight and smoother surface.
Selective Laser Sintering
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a 3D printing process that produces parts by sintering Nylon powder with strong laser beams layer by layer. This process eliminate the need to consider overhang limitations as model will be self supported by surrounding powder during build process. Thus, enabling the creation of complex geometry and tough functional Nylon part with ease.
FOR RAPID PROTOTYPING | SCALE REPLICAS
Stereolithography (SLA) is one of the most mature 3D printing technologies to date. It produces parts by curing photopolymers using high powered laser beams and has the capabilities to produce large, intricate parts in high specificity. SLA is currently one of the highest resolution 3D printing process, the parts produced using this process can be easily finished to attain an injection moulded quality appearance.
Fusion Deposition Modeling (FDM)
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a 3D printing process that produces parts by extruding molten plastic one layer at time from ground up until the part is completed.
